Let this floor-based class soothe and nourish your body and mind! Restorative Yoga allows the passive release of the body, using the support of props and blankets. It's the perfect class to take if you struggle to relax. We finish with a Yoga Nidra guided meditation/deep rest, leaving you thoroughly relaxed and refreshed and ready to face the world again.
Suitable for most people, though you will need to be able to get onto and off the floor independently or with assistance.
Please bring 2-4 blankets with you, and wear comfortable layers of clothing.
